The Senior Director, Digital Portfolio Operations is a key internal leadership role that coordinates and supports program execution and fosters operational excellence within Maximus Digital Solutions. They will also drive operational excellence by establishing processes that focus on continually improving efficiency, practices, and drive results to help the organization achieve its business goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Develop traceability standards for projects such as documentation management, project history, organizational knowledge.* Manage resources across projects and capabilities by working with Delivery Leads, Functional Leads, and Product Owners to ensure resource forecasts are up to date and accurate.* Responsible for coordinating development of materials and facilitating Digital Webinars and All-Hands meetings.* Establish and facilitate governance processes and change control process.* Continue to develop and evolve the Digital Portfolio operations by implementing tools, standards, and best practices.* Work with Delivery Leads, Functional Leads, and Product Owners to develop weekly status reports.* Work with Operations Finance team to track project finances and provide financial governance for internal and direct projects.* Provide status reports to senior management and stakeholders and facilitate weekly status meetings.* Establish and maintain systems and reporting capabilities, and develop resource chargeability reports.• Continue to develop and evolve the Digital Portfolio operations by implementing tools, standards, and best practices. • Establish and maintain the systems and reporting capabilities. • Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders. • Responsible for working with Delivery Leads, Functional Leads, and Product Owners to develop weekly status reports. • Facilitate weekly status meetings. • Provide financial governance for internal and direct projects. • Work with Operations Finance team to track project finances.• Develop traceability standards for projects such as documentation management, project history, organizational knowledge.• Resource management skills including scheduling resources on assignments and balancing supply/demand for resource pools. • Develop resource chargeability reports. • Manage resources across projects and capabilities by working with Delivery Leads, Functional Leads, and Product Owners to ensure resource forecasts are up to date and accurate. • Responsible for facilitating onboarding of MDS new hires. • Responsible for coordinating development of materials and facilitating Digital Webinars and All-Hands meetings. • Responsible for establishing and facilitating governance processes. • Responsible for establishing and facilitating change control process.• Support Supplier and Customer partnerships.Minimum Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study required.* 12+ years of relevant professional experience required.* Bachelor’s degree required. * Minimum 12 years of experience in program management role with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Excellent leadership and management skills. * Experience with software project management and/or program management. * Experience managing and leading the work of others. * Experience with working with nearshore, offshore, and working in a distributed team. * Experience working with internal and external stakeholder * Establish, manage and direct Digital Portfolio Operations * Create and maintain a Relationship Matrix between key customers and digital leadership * Establish and facilitate CSAT process, administer survey, collect and summarize results * Work with the Solution Design practice to track and transition digital opportunities from pipeline to solution design* The ability to work within a hybrid work environment at least three days a week#techjobs #LI-JR1 EEO StatementActive military service members, their spouses, and veteran candidates often embody the core competencies Maximus deems essential, and bring a resiliency and dependability that greatly enhances our workforce. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short* and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.Annual Base Pay Minimum for this Position$ 122,500.00Annual Base Pay Maximum for this Position$ 235,200.00
