Job Description
We’re searching for a Vice President, Director, Data & Analytics who can serve as someone in aligning strategy and leading a team to analyze results of our marketing campaigns. You’ll direct ongoing client engagements to exceed client expectations and strengthen their overall Digitas Health relationship.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Your Impact:
Manage overall campaign performance evaluation process for multiple clients (learning agenda, measurement plan, data sources, data collection process, data analysis, reporting, optimization recommendations), and lead all execution aspects of performance evaluation
Oversee major strategy deliverables, defining an overarching storyline and coordinating inputs from other team members
Develop frameworks and methodologies for approaching major strategic issues, using existing Digitas Health intellectual capital and developing concepts
Manage relationships with vendors and partners
Demonstrate value of S&A to our clients’ business, helping them define needs and potential solutions
Play an active role in new client acquisition and new business pitches
Manage team members' careers and provide growth opportunities and training
Foster a team environment and help hire new team members
Qualifications
4 years of college education (with a business focus such as Marketing, Statistics, or Economics)
10+ years of experience in marketing consulting, advertising or interactive
Experience managing multiple projects across our teams and client relationships
Expertise within the digital environment and in aligning marketing strategies with our needs
Experience defining measurement plans and analyzing performance for marketing campaigns including media analytics, web analytics and CRM
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
