Wellbeing Coordinator – New York City NY

The primary focus of the Wellbeing Coordinator is engagement, health promotion, and connecting customers with wellness resources. In collaboration with the clinical operations team, the Onsite Wellness Coordinator executes the appropriate delivery and coordination of wellness programs including event scheduling and appointment coordination, community and vendor programs, and monitors effectiveness of the programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support Wellness Strategies

  • Collaborate in development and delivery of promotion campaign

  • Health Awareness Seminars / Education

  • Wellness Campaigns

  • Wellness Event/Fair

  • Connect customers with existing resources

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in health and wellness field

  • Bachelor’s degree in health education, health promotion, or health related field

  • Masters of Public Health, Health Promotion or related field preferred

  • Experience with direct member communication (written and verbal)

  • Experience in health education and wellness coaching preferred

  • Experience conducting educational and support groups preferred

  • CHES preferred

This position is based in the office in New York City NY.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 65,500 - 109,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
