HR Business Partner, Global Legal Organization, Corporate Groups & Skin Health SG 13-14

The HR Business Partner, GLO, Corporate Groups and Skin Health supports the Global Legal, Global Corporate Communications, Global Ethics & Compliance, Investor Relations, Global Security and Skin Health teams. The ideal candidate will contribute at both day-to-day operational and strategic work to drive people and organization initiatives that support business growth. You'll work with the Sr. HR director GLO, Corporate & Skin Health, to execute business and HR priorities including talent management, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness (performance enablement, capability building and change management). You will join an HR team that shapes business and culture for Colgate to be at its best.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Be a lead point of contact for various client groups

  • Support talent reviews at Global Function and Subfunction level

  • Manage core people processes, ensuring leaders and managers can effectively execute talent & succession planning, DE&I, performance enablement, compensation etc.

  • Practice an #evenbetter coaching culture by influencing and supporting managers and employees with day to day needs

  • Build engagement and collaboration across the various teams through communication, learning and engagement initiatives

  • Ensure the delivery of appropriate training and development programs

  • Partner with Total Rewards to coordinate salary, bonus and stock planning and communication

  • Partner with TA to post and fill open positions

  • Support onboarding and relocation of new/ relocating senior leaders and other team members, Work with external immigration attorney to obtain appropriate visa documentation

  • Maintain org management and people data integrity

  • Manage disciplinary actions and terminations according to local regulations and company policies

  • Participate in and lead other HR projects as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience

  • Minimum 1 year of Experience as BHR + in at least one HR Specialty Area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organization Development/Design)

  • Outstanding prioritization skills and ability to work with multiple customer groups in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to utilize HR Technology (EC, Success Factors, One Model) for reporting and organizational analytics to drive business results.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Global perspective, inclusion and ability to work across cultures

  • Leadership skills: Cultivates Trust across all levels of leaders, Takes Ownership, Curiosity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $128,000.00 - $144,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually

  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually

  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year

  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
