Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Handle transaction reconciliations.
Handle customer refunds.
Handle any exceptions identified in the refund and reconciliation processes.
Escalate any process and product issues identified to the team lead.
Any other duties that may arise on a daily basis as assigned by the team lead
Qualifications
Robust Branch product and process knowledge.
Detailed understanding of Branch reconciliation processes.
Willingness and ability to learn fast.
Excellent collaborator and team player.
Great attention to detail.
Proactive in their duties.
Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative
