The Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program is an integral part of fulfilling customers orders in the last mile space. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low startup costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience. To develop the DSP program, the Onboarding Manager (OM) works closely with a team of business development managers to onboard DSPs.

Key job responsibilities

The Onboarding manager is an integral partner in managing onboarding activities from application vetting to supports entrepreneurs in creating their new company and the onboarding process in our system.

To fulfill these tasks the OM is able to build trusting relationship with our external DSP candidates and accompanying them throughout the onboarding funnel. To deliver great candidate experience, the OM has great communication skills, the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoys the challenge of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. In order to meet our targets, the OM has a keen eye to deliver their goal in form of candidate experience and quality within set deadlines.

About the team

At Amazon Logistics (AMZL), our goal is to provide customers with an incredible package delivery experience through the last mile of the order. To achieve this goal, we work with a network of partners to deliver customer orders. Utilizing continuous improvement initiatives and creative thinking, we support our Delivery Station teams to ensure that millions of packages reach their final destination as efficiently as possible.

Melbourne, VIC, AUS | Sydney, NSW, AUS

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements

  • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • Proven Oral and Written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

  • Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing and ambiguous environment
