Roles & Responsibilities of The Process Leader:

· Ensure all GMPs are followed​

· Directs and guides operators and team members on proper operating procedures.​

· Validate that all production standards are met within assigned area.​

· Oversees deployment of training program in work area and assigns dedicated trainers to each new employee on area process.

· Oversees break rotation process of employees throughout work area.

· Ensure all employees in area are working safely. Identify and escalate any issues.​

· Subject matter expert for assigned area.​

· Identify and reduce waste​

· Work closely with Shift Leader on process execution​

· Expand job knowledge to other functional areas as necessary.

· Assists shift leader with labor scheduling
