Honeywell Litigation Attorney in Charlotte, North Carolina

As a Litigation Attorney at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to work in our Litigation Center of Excellence (COE) located in Charlotte, NC. The Litigation COE is responsible for handling all global litigation and arbitration matters for Honeywell, including commercial litigation, product liability litigation, and third-party subpoenas and supports intellectual property litigation, government contract disputes, and investigations. Reporting directly to our General Counsel for Global Litigation, you will be responsible for providing support in various aspects of dispute resolution, including interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence, drafting legal correspondence, creating key fact- and legal-issue packets, reviewing court orders and rulings to ensure compliance, and assisting in preparation of deposition and trial materials. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our legal strategy and functional initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with ongoing and potential litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes

• Fact research and development

• Drafting discovery responses

• Liaising with business witnesses

YOU MUST HAVE

Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Admitted to practice before a State Bar All

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work as a team player

Time-management skills
