Aston Carter Administrative Assistant/Front Desk in Boulder, Colorado
Description:
Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors
Support Senior Admin Assistant with the following:
Daily kitchen duties: snack/beverage/kitchen supply inventory and restock, general maintenance throughout the day
Organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities
Coordinate logistics, invitations, and catering
Manage schedules for conference rooms and community spaces
Assist HR scheduling interviews
Scheduling and calendaring experience preferred
Monitor and maintain office supply stations
Manage Facilities Staff
Maintain daily communication with cleaning staff, reporting any issues, following up on items, etc.
Assist the HR with new hire onboarding items
Create nametags for desk or office, ensure space is ready for new hires
Pass out mail
Handle special projects as assigned

Self-started, organized, and multi-tasking skills
Adaptable and flexible, ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Outlook experience, calendar management and meeting scheduling preferred
