Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients for sauce production following recipes and portion sizes Assist in measuring, mixing, and cooking ingredients Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a clean and organized prep area Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets

Requirements: Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Shift: First shift (specific hours to be discussed during the interview)
